MOVE Local Series Health & Fitness Expo
Beginning Friday, April 29th at 11 AM local businesses will be hosting a full schedule of fitness classes daily from the Pittsburgh Health & Fitness Expo. Check out the schedule below, sign up for a class utilizing the provided registration links, and kick off your race weekend by MOVING with us!
Friday, April 29

11 AM - 1 PM - Orange Theory Fitness
Join our certified Orangetheory Coaches as they lead you through a 1 hour workout designed to get results! Show one of our 5 Pittsburgh studio locations you attended this workout to receive your first in studio class for FREE.

1 PM - 3 PM - Pure Barre
Pure Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout that targets muscles that runners often neglect, like the ones close to your bones that support your body and help with stability. Barre involves smaller, specific muscle contractions for results you may not have thought possible. Small muscles help protect your hips and knees from injury during or after a run. With a barre workout, you’ll also strengthen your core muscles. A strong core is essential in helping you keep balance while running and powering your run. A barre workout is great for mental endurance too, as it builds a strong mind-body connection!

3 PM - 5 PM - Mayweather Boxing + Fitness
Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Strip District Pittsburgh will be hosting a Boxing Basics Workshop. Developed by the Champ himself, Floyd Mayweather, and led by Head Trainer at Mayweather B + F Strip District Pittsburgh, local undefeated pro boxer & USMC veteran, Rosalindo "Rosie" Morales. With the perfect combination of boxing, strength and cardio conditioning intervals designed to make you look good, feel good and leave with more than just a great sweat.

5 PM - 7 PM - Triangle Foundry
A gentle yoga class full of creative sequencing that will leave you feeling limber, stretched, and relaxed. All levels welcome. 10 AM - 12 PM - Barre Method Wexford
Barre then PR! Because flexibility is as important as strength, we offer Bar Restore. Join Bar Method Studio Owner and Instructor Mandy Cylc for this special 45-minute class. The first 30 minutes features elements of our signature Bar Method class, designed to give you an intense workout. The last 15 minutes slows down to focus on stretching the muscles you've just challenged. You’ll emerge feeling renewed and recharged! This class is free to all expo participants and visitors. Want to see what barre is about but would rather wait until after the marathon? That is okay too! Come by between 10am and 12pm on Saturday 4/30/2022 and we'll set you up for a FREE in studio class to help with your post race recovery!

12 PM - 2 PM - STRIDE Lawrenceville
STRIDE Lawrenceville is Pittsburgh’s premier total-body HIIT workout studio, providing fun and motivating coach-led classes using state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills. At STRIDE, you walk, jog or run into the strongest version of yourself ever! STRIDE will provide a low impact workshop to get you in gear for your next race!

2 PM - 4 PM - Volo Fit
Volofit offers functional HIIT group fitness classes that change daily to keep your mind engaged and your whole body challenged. Workouts are scientifically designed with a perfect balance of strength vs. cardio, work vs. rest, and upper vs. lower body. We use technology and expert coaching so that anybody can do the workout 4 to 6 times per week and get results.
